I've been very impressed with OKAY.com, which has been prompt, courteous and professional the whole way through. Andrea really "gets it" - all of my friends and colleagues are duly impressed with how quickly she got me into such a great flat.

This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. We have known Dorothy Poon for 2 years now and there isn't enough I can say about how great she is. She has happily assisted us on two moves. She has gone above and beyond her normal job duties in order to make our move easier. She has served as our translator and sometimes our mediator. I don't think there is any other agent or agency that we would rather work with. Ms. Poon is a great find and we hope to keep working with her in the years to come.
