Cathrin is very polite and punctual, knows the DB real estate market. I feel myself like she is 100% on my side. She is 24 hours online. We spent more than two weeks finding the right apartment fit my criteria and finally we've done very good deal.

Stephanie from OKAY.com was a pleasure to work with. She promptly understood our requirements and ensured that we found a suitable home in no time at all. What made the service provided by Stephanie so special was not only finding our home, but what she did for us after. She went out of her way to assist, opening the home whenever I needed for measurements, or curtain suppliers—nothing was ever too much. Stephanie even assisted in organising some furniture items for us, knowing that our personal effects would be in transit for an extended period. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
