Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. She really went above and beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful to her for all her tireless efforts. We wouldn't hesitate in using Kim and OKAY.com again.
