When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective.
