After looking for a place for a few months with a number of agents, Shirley was the only one who could find one we liked with the correct specifications and at the right price point. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!
