I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process. She thought of everything you needed to consider, sorted all the admin & utilities and was full of helpful tips and recommendations on HK itself. All in all Flo made the transition to HK a much easier experience. I'd highly recommend Flo to anyone relocating or moving house.
