Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. I've moved several times over the years in Hong Kong and this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable experience I've had. The pictures on the OKAY website are accurate and the website is totally user friendly. Dorothy asserted no pressure whatsoever. She has a great intuition in understanding what I probably would like and treated people with respect and care. I found an apartment on the 1st day of looking. Got a great deal thanks to Dorothy. I think landlords trust her as much as the prospective tenants. She handled all the documentation and made the whole process seem as smooth as butter. OKAY is so much better than websites of old and Dorothy is just fantastic. Highly Recommended.
