Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process. She thought of everything you needed to consider, sorted all the admin & utilities and was full of helpful tips and recommendations on HK itself. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties.
