If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems. For example, she offered to measure out every room of our chosen unit, and mark with tape where our furniture could be. How amazing is that?! We hope to work with Jayde again in the future.
