We have been extremely impressed with the way Stephanie has handled the marketing and promotion of our house in Clearwater Bay. Stephanie kept us in the loop with updates on client visits and feedback both from her clients and with her own creative ideas as to how we could improve the property for future tenants. With an extremely efficient and courteous approach. we felt Stephanie made the house a priority and offered first class attention to detail and client service. Following a fallow period using other agents, Stephanie and OKAY.com generated a high footfall of potential clients and we found excellent tenants in a short period of time. Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. The whole process was very smooth for an international move and am grateful for Kiara’s hard work and help. I would definitely work with Kiara again in the future.
