High floor unit at 'The Somerset' sold for HKD116 million
12 September 2014 - A new transaction was recently compleed in well-known luxury building “The Somerset” in Repulse Bay. Sing Tao Daily reported that a flat C on a high floor of “The Somerset” sized at 2,463 sq. ft. (saleable) was sold for HKD116 million together with one car parking space.
