I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises.
