After fully understanding my requirements, she carefully sorted out the potential houses and arranged the viewing plan and itinerary so that I could find the house I wanted in the shortest possible time. She was also able to communicate effectively with the landlords and arranged the agreement sign off quickly so that we could move in as early as possible. The whole experience was very enjoyable. He did not waste our time and responded promptly to our views, picking up quickly what would not suit us. He was patient and not pushy. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1.
