Shirley was very professional, proactive and patient with me when I was looking for a property to purchase. Still remember she called me up right away after she was assigned to help me. Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in.
