My cooperation with Dorothy from OKAY.com has been exceptionally pleasant and fruitful. In less than a week's time I went from a potential property visit schedule to a signed rental contract. Dorothy helped on everything including all the necessary documentation, communication with landlords and bargaining of the price to a reasonable level. While I was in Europe, she opened accounts at utility companies on my name, and I just had to sign everything at arrival and property handover. With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

From the beginning to completion, Shirley has provided excellent service. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away! Even after the contracts were exchanged, Shirley continued to communicate frequently and send over helpful info and advice on logistics. I highly recommend Shirley.
