My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
