My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Flo is just amazing. Responsive; proactive, thoughtful. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had a parallel transaction with another agency on another property, and Flo was 100x better. I have hence decided to give Flo all my rental business exclusively for the foreseeable future.

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
