We contacted Jayde based on a referral from one of her previous clients. My husband and I had just relocated to Hong Kong from Australia, and were not familiar with the property market. Jayde went above and beyond to not only educate us and share her insider persepctive as a Hong Kong local, but also to help us navigate the relocation process in general. From our first interaction, we had full trust in Jayde. Not only does she have amazing knowledge of the market, she has great instincts and we were happy with each property she put forward. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
