Working with Stephanie to find my last apartment before I repatriate to the US after 23 years here in Hong Kong was flawless. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after.
