Dorothy is the best real estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Finding an apartment is inherently a painful process, but Dorothy took all the pain out of it. She is professional, solutions-oriented, and always goes the extra mile for her clients. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with. She is also very knowledgeable about the Hong Kong rental market. I quickly came to consider her a friend, not just an agent. I can't thank her enough for all her help!
