Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
