Cathrin is very polite and punctual, knows the DB real estate market. I feel myself like she is 100% on my side. She is 24 hours online. We spent more than two weeks finding the right apartment fit my criteria and finally we've done very good deal.

Fantastic & well organised team in DB. They understood my requirements and matched them precisely with a beautiful new home !! Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.
