We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends/colleagues that may relocate to Hong Kong and will also reach out to my HR team to recommend her services for internal transfers to Hong Kong.

I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork.
