Your knowledge of the area, openness and transparency about what the "reasonable" rental price of the individual properties should be and the convenience of your golf cart made the experience of apartment hunting an unexpected pleasure. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021.
