I worked with Rosie over the past few months to find a new home in Hong Kong. I found her to be incredibly professional and thorough. Two things really stood out for me. Her deep knowledge of the market which she leveraged to identify the right property for me and her attention to detail when it came to finalising the agreement and managing the handover. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

I wanted to thank you for your help in finding our last 2 apartments. You were very helpful was after the after sale service which is always so important in my opinion. Thank you and will definitely use your services when we have to change flats next time.
