I can't recommend Flo and OKAY.com enough. Moving in HK is difficult enough with the fast pace of the market and the worry that your agent might not have your best interests at heart. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!

Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well.
