As Rosa was open, friendly, patient and always eager to find the perfect home for us, and she did. She listened to our wishes and needs and even had good and important recommendations. I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see.
