Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. Flo’s knowledge of the HK market was exceptional, so that was first stand out. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, was her ability to really connect to me - not only to understand our requirements, but the reasons behind those requirements. This meant she provided opportunities we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise.

I got Shirley as a referral via a coworker, and she mentioned that Shirley is great and very efficient and she will find the apartment for me. And indeed Shirley was very helpful, she listen to my needs and understands the situation and the apartment search. When we visit the first apartment together, it was directly a match. She totally understands what I am looking for, and it was very helpful she is very informative and most important for me is feeling the trust. I much appreciate her transparency and support and the process went very professional and well organized. I definitely will recommend Shirley to my friends and environment. Thank you very much :)!
