Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Rosa was fabulous with our search. She keenly understood our requirements, shared with us a range of options that addressed our needs and were beautiful ! Rosa truly represented our interests and I would recommend her highly.

Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
