Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. When I found the apartment I wanted to move into she negotiated a fair deal and did her due diligence on the property like checking the Land Registry. Flo made the whole process really easy even setting up my utilities and recommending a handy man to hang my pictures up. Flo is extremely professional and efficient and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property in Hong Kong.

Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us.
