"When I first met Sonam, I was blown away by her responsiveness and attentiveness to my inquiries and questions. I have been renting for a few years now so I have very specific requirements about the new place that I am looking for, and she has been very accommodating with me from the start. She is great at handling negotiations and follow-up with the landlords to make sure my experience was comfortable. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
