I would strongly recommend Shirley when it comes to looking for rental properties. We came to work with Shirley through other agents that were showing us properties. Shirley asked us the right questions and anticipated our needs given the size of our family. She showed us properties that were relevant to our needs and was able to hone in on properties that met our needs. When it came to negotiating she was clear one what she needed from us to support the conversation with the landlord and how she would meet our requirements. Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months.
