We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Janis is very professional and upon viewing with her this time around, we were able to sign successfully and quickly with the help of her skills. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.

Tommy was approachable, polite and not pushy. Although we found an apartment on other platform in the end, we still enjoyed working with him a lot during the process.
