Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Josephine was very helpful in terms of understanding our requirements and trying to match them by scouting for many options. I also liked your Company's interface that shows the listing with all details and available photographs. It was easy to shortlist the flats to view through the portal and be able to post comments.
