I felt there was no time wasted with him, unlike other agents who often show you things that are far off the mark of what you are seeking. It is really stressful to look for a new home in a new city. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

Carment is very attentive, polite and thoughtful. His following up work is excellent and professional. It's only a pity that I couldn't use his service and it's only a timing issue. He certainly helped me a lot and thank you for his service!
