My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

The OKAY.COM experience has been a good one for us.Attitude is a key element in the world of property-that plus immaculate documentation; never more so than in present dull and listless market. Often local (non Central agents) cannot compete in these key areas. I met Lala YEUNG at the flat almost by accident and liked her direct and refreshing manner. Cindy LI briefly also in your office and found her friendly and helpful. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
