Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.
