After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly.
