After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. Shirley was very professional, proactive and patient with me when I was looking for a property to purchase. Still remember she called me up right away after she was assigned to help me. During the phone conversation, she would ask me questions about my criteria, told me what I should be looking for in my case and budget. She then sent me a list of property that we would be viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she would tell me what I should be checking, small things that she observed and told me the pros and cons of each property.
