Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.

Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer.
