Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago! I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021. Every since first contact, Dorothy has been checking in on a regular basis to see how she could assist in our search for an apartment. What we really appreciate with Dorothy is that she is very personable and she really listened to our needs. Jane was always available to take my calls and to accompany me on inspections at my convenience. We looked at a number of flats and I was thankful for Jane's great advice and knowledge of the market. She did a stellar job in negotiating a great rent for me.
