Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day. Anil went above and beyond his duty and even helped me to switch utilities account - no agent has ever done that. Do I recommend Anil? 1000/10 will. Don't think! Reach out to him if you need a flat!

I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose.
