Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Stephanie guided us through Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung and helped us to understand the area. She was extremely well-organised and attentive from day one, and certainly went beyond our expectations. When it came to assessing the different property options, her guidance was invaluable as Stephanie knows the area inside out. In addition, her knowledge of transaction structuring, the roles of the bank and lawyers, also made a difference, as were her insights on the neighbourhoods. With many years of experience dealing with property transactions, Stephanie certainly helped us avoid making mistakes as first time buyers in Hong Kong. When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK.
