My cooperation with Dorothy from OKAY.com has been exceptionally pleasant and fruitful. In less than a week's time I went from a potential property visit schedule to a signed rental contract. Dorothy helped on everything including all the necessary documentation, communication with landlords and bargaining of the price to a reasonable level. While I was in Europe, she opened accounts at utility companies on my name, and I just had to sign everything at arrival and property handover. Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day.
