Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
