Tommy understood exactly what type of apartment my husband and I were looking for. He was always available to answer our queries and was extremely helpful in helping us through the whole process of finalizing an apartment in Hong Kong. Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms.
