We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. We would certainly recommend Ruby.
