This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. My experience with this agency was first class, Okay.com allows ease of access to quality properties within my budget. I highly recommend Fiona’s services. She is attentive and listens to her client’s needs. Fiona is responsive and ensures she has a wide selection of properties. I had previously been seeking an apartment in Hong Kong for over a month. I had worked with over 10 different agents none were able to delivery like Fiona.

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
