I'm very satisfied with the services provided by Dorothy and the OKAY.com team. I would recommend my friends and colleagues to approach OKAY.com if they were looking for properties. In particular, the website was very user friendly. Dorothy was knowledgeable, efficient and understood my requirements immediately. It's important that I can trust the agent to negotiate the best contract for me.

It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
