We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends/colleagues that may relocate to Hong Kong and will also reach out to my HR team to recommend her services for internal transfers to Hong Kong.

Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process.
